Fuel Island Restoration

A fast, cost-effective, and durable alternative.

Our fuel island restoration process…

A Standard (4) Island site with 4’x 8′ Islands will take 2-3 Days. In all cases, at the end of the day, all islands are open for dispensing fuel. We restore one or two islands at a time while the remaining islands/c-store is still open for business..

We are a safety conscious company. Our very first move is to barricade off the work zone and wrap the pumps in protective fireproof blankets.

2: Clean

Once our perimeter is established, we start deep cleaning the area, stripping and removing all paint, rust, damaged metal.

3: Re-shape

Using new pre-bent metal forms, we strengthen and restore the island’s shape. *New metal is only used if the existing metal is damaged.

4: Repair

Next, we repair any damaged concrete with our fast set concrete and crack repair material. With a 5 minute set time, we can begin coating immediately. No wait time.

5: Seal

Once the island is totally repaired, we apply a primer / sealer coat for optimal top coat adhesion.

Lastly, we spray-on our aliphatic polyurea finish coat over the complete area at a 1/4″ maximum thickness. The coating is UV stable (will not fade), impervious to petrochemicals and salts, and comes in many colors with custom blends available.
